These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the iccwin website located at iccwin.biz, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, features, applications, software, and services collectively referred to herein as the "iccwin Platform" or "the Platform".

By accessing the iccwin Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any casino game, or otherwise using any service offered by iccwin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. iccwin strictly prohibits use of the Platform by any person under the age of 18. Age verification may be requested at any stage, including during the withdrawal process.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile telephone number.
• You must not already hold an existing iccwin account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently in force with iccwin.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

iccwin reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to copies of a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each registered user is permitted to hold exactly one iccwin account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information associated with your account is accurate and up to date. If any of your details change — including your registered mobile number or payment account details — you must update your account information promptly by contacting iccwin support.

iccwin uses one-time password (OTP) verification via SMS to your registered Bangladesh mobile number as a primary authentication mechanism. You agree not to attempt to access any other user's account and to notify iccwin immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

• iccwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, that displays suspicious activity patterns, or that is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. iccwin will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered mobile number or email address before any administrative action is taken on a dormant account.
• You may request closure of your iccwin account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

All transactions on the iccwin Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). iccwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your iccwin account wallet in real time in the case of mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on the processing time of the originating bank. iccwin does not charge any deposit processing fee. Standard fees applied by your payment service provider are outside iccwin's control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed back exclusively to the same payment method used for the original deposit on the account. This same-source withdrawal policy is a mandatory anti-money-laundering control and cannot be waived under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests submitted via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

• iccwin reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of amount.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending investigation if iccwin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.
• iccwin does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any fees applied by your mobile operator or bank on receipt of funds are outside iccwin's control.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus Terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for further details.

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on the iccwin Platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, game, or event as displayed within the Platform at the time of participation. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules of a game or betting market, the specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market.

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. iccwin reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the published odds resulted from a technical error, a data feed error, or where the market was offered in manifest error. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability and may be suspended or closed by iccwin at any time without prior notice.

Casino and Live Casino: All casino games, including live dealer games provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming, operate using independently tested and certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealing mechanisms. iccwin accepts no liability for software malfunctions or connectivity issues affecting third-party game providers; in such cases, the game provider's terms and the outcome of any completed game round shall be final.

• The minimum stake per bet or game round is as displayed within the relevant market or game lobby.
• iccwin reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on any account at any time.
• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed may not be cancelled or amended by the player except where an in-play cash-out option is available and exercised before the event concludes.
• iccwin reserves the right to void, suspend, or close any betting market at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where iccwin suspects match manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or receipt of insider information.
• Results published by iccwin following the conclusion of an event are final and binding unless a manifest error is subsequently identified and corrected within a reasonable timeframe.

iccwin may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

Where no specific wagering requirement is stated for a particular bonus, a default wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount applies before any winnings derived from that bonus are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions from different game types toward a wagering requirement vary; sports bets typically contribute 100% of the stake, while certain casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the applicable bonus terms.

• Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash except as part of a completed wagering requirement withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• iccwin reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already met the wagering requirements, any eligible withdrawal amount will be honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Promotional communications are sent only to players who have opted in to marketing communications. Players may opt out at any time via their account settings or by contacting support.

iccwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity safely. iccwin operates strictly as an adults-only (18+) platform and takes seriously its obligation to protect vulnerable users.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all iccwin account holders at any time through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount they are permitted to deposit. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iccwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one iccwin account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using another person's payment account, identity documents, or personal information to open or operate an account.

• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or Platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are void and will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other players, including at live casino tables, to gain an unfair advantage over the operator or other players.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any software forming part of the iccwin Platform.

All intellectual property rights in and to the iccwin Platform, including the iccwin brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, databases, interfaces, game content, and all other proprietary materials, are and shall remain the exclusive property of iccwin or its respective licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the iccwin Platform without prior written consent from iccwin.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — is licensed to iccwin for distribution on the Platform and remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. All rights reserved.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iccwin's total liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your iccwin account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

iccwin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, or business interruption, even if iccwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

iccwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. iccwin shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime, data loss, technical malfunction, third-party game provider outages, telecommunications failures, or any other cause beyond iccwin's reasonable control.

iccwin collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data relating to registered users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at iccwin.biz/privacy-policy. By registering for an iccwin account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by iccwin includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, registered mobile number, payment account identifiers, transaction history, betting and gaming history, and technical data relating to your device and session activity. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

iccwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure by contacting support.

iccwin may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if iccwin determines at its sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, that your account has been used in connection with fraudulent or illegal activity, or that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon termination of your account for cause, iccwin reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Where wrongdoing is established, funds may be forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

You may voluntarily close your iccwin account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. iccwin operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently.

In the event of a dispute relating to a specific bet, game outcome, transaction, or account decision, the player should first contact iccwin support at [email protected] and allow iccwin a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond. iccwin aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 calendar days.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being produced for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
